St. Lucia Volcano Hike
Adventure: Pitons Volcano Hike
Picture this: The emerald spires of the Pitons rising straight out of the Caribbean, a volcano you can walk straight into, and a community of women who said yes to themselves. That's St. Lucia.
The Pitons — the big hike
This trip's centerpiece is a guided climb toward the island's twin volcanic peaks, Gros Piton and Petit Piton. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic views in the Caribbean. It's a real hike, and it's the kind of challenge this group shows up for: rainforest trail, guide-led, and a summit that reminds you exactly what you're capable of.
Sulfur Springs — the reset
Just outside Soufrière sits the Caribbean's only drive-in volcano, an ancient crater still steaming and bubbling with geothermal life. We'll soak in the warm mineral pools and take in a volcanic mud treatment, because reinvention needs rest as much as it needs a mountain.
On the water
Between the hiking and the healing, we'll get out on a catamaran along St. Lucia's coastline, sun, saltwater, and the kind of easy afternoon that makes a retreat feel like one.

Manitou Incline
Adventure: The Manitou Incline
The Manitou Incline is a world-famous, extreme hiking trail made of 2,768 railroad tie steps rising straight up the side of the mountain. It is an intense, rewarding team challenge that offers incredible views at the summit.
Distance & Elevation: You will climb 2,000 vertical feet in less than one mile, topping out at a peak elevation of 8,590 feet.
Time Commitment: The uphill climb takes 45 to 90 minutes depending on fitness levels. The total round trip takes 3 to 4 hours.
The Route: Hikers only go up the steps. To protect your knees and ensure safety, everyone descends via the scenic Barr Trail (a 3-mile winding path back down).

A Glimpse Into Your Weekend
Arrive & Exhale
You arrive, drop your bags, and feel the calm of the space, the fresh air, and a sense of relaxation. You meet the other women and realize: “These are my people.”
Adventure Awakenings
The next morning, you lace up your boots and begin your adventure. Every retreat will host a unique experience! You hike, climb, or step into an adventure that stretches you. On the other side of it: exhilaration, pride, and a spark you haven’t felt in years.
Reset & Reflect
Afternoons invite you to soften, massage, take a nap, have a journal session on the deck, and have a mug of tea in both hands. Then you step into a guided workshop where, for the first time in a long time, the answers start to land.
Evenings by Firelight
Golden-hour light, a community table with beautiful food, and conversation that quickly goes deep. Laughter, maybe a few tears, a sense of belonging that feels both new and like home.
Depart with Direction
On the final morning, you move your body again, one last adventure, one last view. Over breakfast, you gather your insights into a simple, clear intention for your next chapter. You don’t leave with a perfect five-year plan. You leave with something better: a confident beginning.
