Adventure: Single Gully Ice Caves Hike!

The Shingle Gully Ice Caves, located in Minnewaska State Park Preserve’s Sam’s Point Area, are a system of deep, cold rock fissures where ice persists into the summer.

This primitive, rugged area is only accessible via guided tours led by park staff. Lucky us, my dear friend Julie is going to be leading us.

Accommodations: VRBO Farmhouse (single rooms available)

Dates: July 23-25

How You’ll Feel After the Retreat

By the time you pack your suitcase to go home, you can expect:

  • A body that feels grounded and alive
You’ve moved, breathed, climbed, and rested. You remember what it feels like to be in your body again.

  • A mind that feels clear
The noise quiets. You can finally hear yourself and trust what you’re hearing.

  • A heart that feels connected
You’ve shared stories, tears, and laughter around a table and a fire. You feel less alone—and deeply seen.

  • A renewed belief in yourself
Adventure, risk, and courage have reminded you: you’re still bold, brave, and capable of more than you thought.

  • A sisterhood that doesn’t end at checkout
You’ll leave with phone numbers, group chats, and friendships that continue long after the weekend.

  • A next step that feels exciting, not overwhelming
Instead of a massive life overhaul, you’ll leave with one clear, aligned action, and the energy to take it.

You may come searching for answers. You leave feeling like you found yourself.

A Glimpse Into Your Weekend

Arrive & Exhale
You arrive, drop your bags, and feel the calm of the space, the fresh air, and a sense of relaxation. You meet the other women and realize: “These are my people.”

Adventure Awakenings
The next morning, you lace up your boots and begin your adventure. Every retreat will host a unique experience! You hike, climb, or step into an adventure that stretches you. On the other side of it: exhilaration, pride, and a spark you haven’t felt in years.

Reset & Reflect
Afternoons invite you to soften, massage, take a nap, have a journal session on the deck, and have a mug of tea in both hands. Then you step into a guided workshop where, for the first time in a long time, the answers start to land.

Evenings by Firelight
Golden-hour light, a community table with beautiful food, and conversation that quickly goes deep. Laughter, maybe a few tears, a sense of belonging that feels both new and like home.

Depart with Direction
On the final morning, you move your body again, one last adventure, one last view. Over breakfast, you gather your insights into a simple, clear intention for your next chapter. You don’t leave with a perfect five-year plan. You leave with something better: a confident beginning.
